Every glass piece can be laser engraved or sandcarved with your logo, recipient name, dates, and inscription. Here's the process:
- Send us your artwork — vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) engrave cleanest. We can work with high-resolution PNG/JPG. Vector art is strongly preferred; if your file needs to be vectorized, we will quote artwork preparation as a separate line item.
- Receive a free design proof within one business day. We mock up the engraving on the chosen piece.
- Approve the proof, we engrave, and your order ships within 5-7 business days. Bulk pricing tiers vary by product based on supplier case quantities. Send your quantity with your quote request and we will price your specific tier.

- What's the difference between glass and crystal?
- Crystal contains a higher percentage of lead or barium oxide than glass, giving it greater clarity, weight, and light refraction. For most recognition programs, premium glass on a solid base looks just as impressive at roughly half the price. Crystal makes sense when you're honoring a single executive milestone; glass makes sense when you're recognizing a whole team or department.
- Can I see how the engraving will look before you cut?
- Yes. Every order includes a free digital design proof showing exactly how your logo and text will appear on the glass. We do not engrave a single piece until you approve the proof.
- Do you offer volume discounts?
- Yes — bulk pricing kicks in based on our supplier's tier breaks, which varies by product (some discounts start at 12 pieces, others at 24 or 48 depending on case size). Send us your quantity and we will quote the exact tier price for that item, plus engraving setup. Larger recognition programs (50+ pieces) often qualify for additional negotiated pricing.
