The mark cannot wear off

A printed logo is ink on the surface and it will eventually scuff. Laser engraving removes the coloured coat and exposes the stainless steel, so the logo is a permanent change to the cup itself.

Will the engraving survive the dishwasher?

The engraving itself will, because it is cut into the steel rather than printed on. Manufacturers generally recommend hand washing vacuum insulated drinkware to protect the seal and the finish, so follow the care guidance that comes with the cup.

Can you engrave both sides?

Yes. A logo on one side and a name on the other is a common request. Tell us what you want where and it will be laid out on the proof before anything is cut.

What artwork do you need from me?

Send whatever you have. A vector file is ideal, but we work from what clients actually have, and we will tell you up front if a file needs redrawing rather than engraving something muddy and hoping you do not notice.

How does ordering work?

Tell us the item, the quantity and what you want engraved. We confirm the price, take a deposit, then send you a proof to approve. Engraving starts once you have signed off.

Do you ship, or do I collect?

Both. We deliver locally across Greater Houston and we ship nationwide. We work by appointment rather than from a shop counter, so arrange a time before coming out.
