A name, a logo, a rough idea, in any file format. One piece or five hundred, there is no minimum. We price it and come back to you, and rush work is welcome, so tell us your date.
Approve the quote and place your deposit
Custom work starts with a deposit, because every piece is made for one person and cannot be sold to anyone else. Your proof follows once the deposit is in.
You approve the proof, then we cut
Real layout, real spacing, at size. Change it until it reads right. Nothing goes near the laser until you sign off.

The questions we actually get.
What if the name is spelled wrong?
You approve a proof with every letter on it before the laser runs, so a typo gets caught on screen rather than in the crystal. That is the whole point of proofing, and it is why nothing is cut before you sign off.
How fast can you do it?
Tell us your date when you ask for a quote. Rush work is a good part of what we do, and we will tell you straight away whether we can hit it. We would rather turn a job down than miss your event.
My logo is a low resolution JPEG. Is that a problem?
Usually not. Send it. If it needs redrawing to engrave cleanly we quote that separately and tell you before you commit.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One retirement plaque is a normal order. So is three hundred medals.
Do you ship outside Houston?
Yes, anywhere in the US. Around Houston we deliver locally, and collection can be arranged by appointment.

Yes. Custom work starts with a deposit, because every piece is engraved for one person and cannot be sold to anyone else. Your proof comes after that, and nothing is cut until you have approved it.
