- Receive a free design proof within one business day. We mock up exactly how the engraving will look on the chosen piece.
- Approve the proof, we engrave, and your order ships within 5-7 business days from our Houston workshop.

Crystal Award Care & Display Tips
- Display out of direct sunlight to prevent any base discoloration over time
- Dust with a soft microfiber cloth — avoid paper towels which can scratch
- For deeper cleaning, use diluted dish soap and water, then dry immediately to prevent water spots
- Avoid abrasive cleaners or ammonia-based glass cleaners on engraved surfaces
- If displayed on a shelf, a small museum gel pad on the bottom prevents accidental tipping
